凯茜流快百怕·贝茨(Kathy Bates)，1948年出生于美国田纳西州来自，演员、导演。
1971年,出演处女作《逃家》(Taking Off)，并在360百科第44届戛纳国际电影节上获得了评委会特别大奖。先后出演《关于施密特》心向剂研死误帮敌，《原色》等多情讨毫包气深部影片，并指导拍摄了《情理法的春天》等几部电影，在国际电影节中获得多项大奖。
